Personal mission of Emine Dzhaparova
The International Investment Forum «Southern Development Strategy» is not possible without creators, without the major ideologues and inspirators of this event. Because it is so important that behind every process in the state is not simply a person-interpreter, but a person with unbridled values, beliefs, and motivation.
As a result, among the organizers of the Forum is Emine Dzhaparova — Ukrainian Crimean Tatar politician and stateswoman, journalist, First Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
No wonder the current Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, suggested to Emine Dzhaparova to raise all Crimean issues in the ministry. For her, the Russian occupation of Crimea is initially her personal history. She also had to leave her native land and move to mainland Ukraine. She knows and feels the problems of people who are on the other side of the temporary border and do not have the opportunity to reintegrate into the Ukrainian state process. Like most migrants from the temporarily occupied Crimea, Emine Dzhaparova also does not see her family. She communicates with relatives by telephone and has difficulty separating from her native people. Because of this, to become one of the organizers of the I International Investment Forum «Southern Development Strategy» for Emine Dzhaparova was her mission in order to reintegrate the temporary border. As a First Deputy Minister, the politician is actively promoting the international coordination mechanism («The Crimean Platform») for the de-occupation of Crimea. It is logically connected with the Forum and will take place in August.
It’s very important to jointly seek answers to all the complex consequences of the temporary occupation of Crimea. And keep that problem within the constant vision of the international community.
Emine Dzhaparova
The politician is an active supporter of the Forum’s ideas. She believes that the «Southern Development Strategy» will reveal the economic potential of the southern region and strengthen the inseparable ties with Crimea and its inhabitants.
That is why the whole team of Forum organisers is aware that the development of the southern regions of Ukraine is an extremely important step for the reintegration of labour and business of the temporary Crimean border. This is a chance to preserve the joint development of the South of Ukraine despite the temporary occupation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
